あるデータの解析検討の依頼がありました。どういう方法で計算を行うか何度か議論をした後、今回のデータ解析依頼について、クライアント様に対して、以下のような提案を行いました。
１）解析フローの提案
２）解析フローに基づく解析の自動化（Python）
３）関連する分野についての技術調査
最終的に、上記内容で合意をいただいたので、上記内容を２．５ヶ月で１００ページ程度のレポートに纏め、Pythonプログラムと併せて、納品させていただきました。Pythonでは、それを動かすためのAnacondaのインストールを含めたマニュアルを作成し、納品先でもプログラムが動くこと確認していただきました。このプログラムにより、人の手で３～４時間程度要していた解析が２～３秒程度で終了することになり、大幅に時間の節約が可能となりました.
We received a request for an analysis study of some data. After several discussions on what method of calculation to use, we made the following proposals to the client regarding this data analysis request.
(1) Proposal of analysis flow
(2) Automation of the analysis based on the analysis flow (Python)
(3) Technical research on related fields
Finally, the client agreed to the above proposal, and we delivered a 100-page report in 2.5 months together with a Python program. For the Python program, we prepared a manual including installation of Anaconda to run the Python program, and confirmed that the program worked at the delivery site. This program saved us a great deal of time, as analysis that used to take 3 to 4 hours by hand could be completed in 2 to 3 seconds.

ある技術のヘルスケア領域についての技術調査依頼がありました。ポイントは当該技術分野で近年研究が活発化している技術は何か、あるいはどのような企業が存在するかということでした。
今回のクライアント様は当該分野について詳しい知識をお持ちでなかったので、今回の技術調査の纏め方として、何度かの議論を踏まえて、次のような内容を提案しました。
１）ヘルスケア領域における当該技術の最近の技術動向の概要
２）それに関連する最近の論文のトピックス抽出
３）最近５年間の当該分野の特許出願状況調査（国際特許出願中心）
最終的に、上記内容で合意をいただいたので、上記内容を２．５ヶ月で、２５０ページ程度のレポートに纏め、納品させていただきました。
We were asked to conduct a technical research on the healthcare area of a certain technology. The key question was what technologies have been actively researched in this field in recent years, and which companies exist in this field.
Since the client did not have detailed knowledge of the field, we proposed the following as a way of summarizing the technical research based on several discussions.
(1) An overview of recent technological trends of the relevant technology in the healthcare area
(2) Extraction of topics from recent papers related to it
(3) A survey of patent applications in the field in the last five years (mainly international patent applications)
Finally, we agreed on the above contents, and we delivered a 250-page report in 2.5 months.

ある会社の開発方針について，半年をかけて開発の優先順位の変更を行いました．市場ニーズ，認可のタイミングを考えると，最初の計画のままでは，製品が売れそうになかったと同時に，いつ認可が得られるかについても全くの未知数でした．
このような場合には，思い切って方針変更をする必要があります．これまでの経験と念入りな調査結果等を踏まえて，取締役を説得し，軌道修正の提案を行いました．これは無事終了しました．
その結果，新しい顧客との関係が構築でき，製品のローンチに向けて一歩前に進むことができました．
A company's development strategy was re-prioritized over a six-month period. Considering the market needs and timing of approvals, the product was not likely to sell as originally planned, and at the same time, there was no telling when approvals would be obtained.
In such cases, a drastic change of policy is necessary. Based on our experience and careful research, we persuaded the directors to change course. This was successfully completed.
As a result, a new customer relationship was established and the company was able to move one step forward toward a product launch.
